The District Improvement team meeting is scheduled for May 20th at 4:30pm at the PD Training Room. Our goals for this meeting will be to assess the progress on each of the action steps for our DIT, review data, and set action steps for next year.
This year, we have a new tool at our disposal - the District Dashboard. For each of the "strategies" listed, we can determine the percent completion (I did estimates a month or so ago just as a start) and we can also look at the data on the indicators tab and discuss what other data should be included. Please checkout this dashboard (go to district webpage then to explore then to District Dashboard).
There's much to celebrate and much to do. Please send an email to jpaolucci@smithfield-ps.org if you are interested in joining this team.
